Title: No movement, no Estop except for mouse

Built my own Gatton CNC machine and am using with a G3 CNC Controller. New to CNC.  Yesterday everything was working. This morning nothing wants to move and when I push Estop nothing happens, same with limit switches. I can Estop with mouse but not estop button. Checked connection between computer and controller and connection made. Suggestions on where to start looking?
