Does Mach4 support Windows 11?

I don't know about "officially" support, but mine works fine with Windows 11.

i can't seem to get mach 4 to work on my windows 11 any suggestions

I'm currently using Windows 11 and it's working fine.
I don't know the cause of your problem.

Graphics? Do you have onboard graphics or a dedicated video card? I'd try video driver first.

was talking to friend and he has pointed it out to me that i'm trying to run the same license on 2 computers. i run it on the cnc machine and i'm trying to download on my office laptop as well for viewing up and coming projects

The license issue is unlikely causing the problem you're seeing. but licenses are available, just get a new license for the new computer. That is assuming you're using Mach4Hobby.
