Title: Probe problem

Regarding Touch of Mach4.
Looking at the following sites, there seems to be a problem with probing.
Symptomatology
Does not measure height.

I thought of a circuit like the one in the picture.
Time constant: T = 0.0001 sec.
As a result of the experiment, it was a failure.

Is there any good solution?
