Title: How to set up after plugging in cheap chinese cnc mill?

I just got a new toy off of ebay and would like to get it running with mach 4.  I have no idea where to begin and cant seem to find any good starting points online.  I have a 6 axis 6090 with 2.2kv water cooled spindle.  The chinese instructions may as well be in Chinese.
