Title: convert step/dir 2 Mechatrolink

we have new project to upgrade old cnc that use Yaskawa mechatrolink
we use pokeys cards that they custom for us and we real get use them and don't want replace
is there any to stay with our pokeys ,just find device that take the signal from our 3 or 4 motor outputs step/dir
and package it and send it by mecharolink format to this 3 or 4 yaskawa drivers ? instead of find other hardware or replace the servo

Keep the motors and change out the drives. I bet you can find drives on Ebay that will run the motors.
