Title: Wondering if anyone can help with a problem

Hi all thanks for letting me join this group.

I'm having a problem with a part I'm trying to cut, when it does the first depth of the profile cuts its good the second depth cut it gets off in the z positive direction and every cut is off by the same amount it also seems that my machine coordinates gets off each cut it makes.

I would appreciate any help I can get.

First thing that comes to mind is maybe the machine is binding up or hitting something. I have had it happen to me a few times where I will make a few cuts and the Z axis gets to its bottom hard stop and the cutter wont go any deeper so the stepper loses steps and nothing good happens from there.

Did you run calibration for that Axis ?-many Videos online to preform this
After that check back lash for the Axis ?
