Title: Dspmc 7763m help

Hi all,

I have a dspmc 7763M that had been working fine for about 3 weeks. I went into mach 4  the other day and it gave me the error hicon controller could not connect unsupported firmware, I then went to vsi device manager scanned the network found the controller but it was higlighted in red and the mode said BL which I'm guessing means bootloader. When I try to select the controller i get a popup that says it is not supported by this version of vsi device manager but I cant find any older versions.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
