Are you usingthe M62/M63 commands for switching your laser ?
Which Motion Controller are you using ?

You have probably done all this already but just in case…

For laser use Mach4 and the ESS operate at their best when used as defined pairs. The latest known working ‘pair’ is Mach4 v.4517 and ESS v.260 – perhaps check that you are using those builds before proceeding, then follow the laser setup instructions (including the macro additions) provided by Warp9 on their website.

Various Mach4 development builds can be downloaded from here;
ftp://machsupport.com/Mach4/DevlopmentVersions/

The ESS / Mach4 laser setup details and required macro’s are here;
https://warp9td.com/index.php/faq#SetUpALaser

You can download my Vectric / Mach4 / Laser, post  processor from here; https://www.machsupport.com/forum/index.php?topic=36640.msg251176#msg251176

Hope this helps.
