Title: Mach 3 Jog Mode in Step is Excruciating Slow

I am running Mach3 with a Warp9 Ethernet SmoothStepper and C25 BOB.

When I select the jog mode to Step and jog it is incredibly slow.  I have the Jog Rate set to 100%.
When I jog using the keys or the buttons on the onscreen pendant in "Cont" mode it jogs at the correct speed.(3048 mm/min)

When I set it to "Step" it is moving incredibly slow. 

What is going on?  I had no problem before reinstalling the software after I switched my controller card to the Smoothstepper.  I reinstalled it to have a clean setup for the smoothstepper.

Am I missing something?

I thought with ESS you need to hold down the shift-key to be about to jog properly

I can jog in continuous mode just fine,  In Step Mode it jogs but VEY VERY slowly with and without the Shift Key.
I  also found that it is not all the time.  I can get it to jog after running a cut file.
