Title: is it possible to send mdi commands with arduino to mach3 and get feedback?

Hallo.
I am wondering if there is a way to send mdi gommands
G00's G01's etc from arduino and get feedback on completion?

how can that be done?

so to be able to create gynamic on the fly gcode from arduino and execute?
