Title: unknown motion controller

Has anyone seen a motion controller like this? No name or tags on it. Bought a "homemade" CNC 3 axis mill on FB marketplace. Previous owner used it to make knife inlays. They lost the PC that it ran off of. It uses stepper motor with encoders and a 25Pin serial or parallel port. Running Mach4 needing plugins for this motion controller.
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Looks like a Maxnc CL I used one for many years. Mach3 used to have a setting in it for the Maxnc not the encoder version.
