Title: Mach4 on Parallels?
Post by: wmgeorge on March 24, 2020, 06:39:50 PM
SmartBOB-Opto USB  PMDX-416 I've got this on order and I am running low on shop computers... could it run on a MacBook Pro with Windows 7 Pro 64 bit Parallels of course?  Yes I have valid licenses for Mach4 & Mach3.

Hi,
download it and try. Mach4 demo costs nothing.

The demo may not even run on a VM.  And I know it will not license on a VM at all.  It is never a good idea to run a machine controller on a VM because Mach running on a VM gets even less CPU time than it would otherwise.  Buy a used computer on eBay and you will be MUCH happier.
