Title: Mill canned cycles missing from wx4 default Mach 4 mill screen

I'm using the default wx4.set mill screen that came with Mach4. However, when I try to load the canned cycle wizards nothing happens. None of the wizards are displayed unlike in the wx4Lathe screen. I can load the speeds and feeds wizard without a problem but don't have much luck with the mill canned cycles.
