I try to use the steps per unit wizard
And is not working or maybe I'm doing
Something wrong...I'm using 4.2.0.4162...

I think, Mach4 doesn’t have an axis calibration wizard like Mach3 does.
There is an excel spreadsheet (somewhere in this forum) that can help you do the calculation.
What motion controller are you using with MACH4?

I'm using MB2 Bob with ESS...
If you have mach4 look at that wizard
Button ...

Sorry, I was wrong.
Is this the Wizard you are talking about as in the ebay tutorial by NFS?

Hello Greg,
Can you tell me more about what you're seeing for an issue? How is it not working?
Thank you,
Bryanna

When I press ok I get this message
Lua:Syntax error during pre-compilation
-
Hello Greg,
There is no 'OK' option in the StepsPerUnit wizard. What are you clicking before you get that error message?
If you haven't already, you should watch the YouTube video linked in a previous comment, which shows you how to use the wizard correctly.
If you see the error message again, post a screenshot if you're able to.
Thank you,
Bryanna

Update: This issue was resolved by deleting the .mcs file for the StepsUnitCalculator from the Wizards subfolder in the Mach4Hobby directory. That file still held the remnants of the older version of the wizard from before Greg updated to build 4162. After that file was deleted and Mach4 restarted, all is working as it should.
