Hi, Bul@bul.it

LazyCam is so lazy and still in Bata-Ver., Watch the videos above in tutorials "Video's".

Lots of changes planed, No time to write a manual now.

Load-up a Dxf file, It's not bad at all, A little buggy hear and there.

Just give it a try, Chip

How do I "Move to origin upon completion" which used to be an option on the Gcode save menu ? It seems to have disappeared. I use plasma mode.

Thanks

Hi, Alex718

Edit your G-code file, Put a M30 at the end.

Hope this Helps, Chip

I have another problem with LazyCam and or Mach3 plasma. When I create the gcode, I need the program to delay to wait for the torch to come on before moving the head. In Lazycam I put in 2 seconds wait and the gcode comes out G4 P2.0000. Problem is this looks like something much smaller than 2 seconds as the head starts to move before the 2 sec would be up. I put in 1000 and the program does wait for 1 second. What is wrong ? I have to go into the gcode and manually change all the P values to make this work.

Thanks

Hi, Alex718

There's a setting in Mach3 under Config, General Confgi, Right side "G04 Dwell in ms" make sure it's not Checked.

Also in Config, Ports & Pins, Spindle Setup, General Parameters, "CW Delay Spin Up", That May give you a default delay.

Hope this Helps, Chip

Chip, thanks for the help. The G4 dwell in milliseconds was checked, I guess it is a default setting. I am sure this will fix my problem

Thanks again

Any update on when a manual for LazyCam will be available? I watched the two videos, but they're a little outdated.

Thanks,

Vogavt

Hi, Vogavt

LazyCam is still in Bata version, Not likely to have manuat, un-till it's worked on more.

Yeah, I know it's beta, but since there's a "Pro" version out how much "worked on more" is needed before something hit's the streets?   ;D

I'd think those that have paid for the "Pro" version would at least have a later, more updated video of how the new features are supposed to work.

And "No", I'm not complaining so please don't take it as such. Just asking questions!   ;D
