Title: Keyboard Increment Jog

I am having an issue with the increment jog.  When I try to increment jog from the keyboard by pressing ctrl and then the arrows or the page up/down buttons it only moves in the x-axis. I have tried changing the button from ctrl to shift and I am having the same issue.
Could someone please help me figure out how to fix this?

What version are you running?  I had this problem several versions back and had to use a different version of the keyboard plugin to fix the issue. 
Version 3805 all increment moves are working just fine for me right now.
