Title: Ghost in the machine

Hi Chaps, ghost in the machine today..... using a cnc router/mach3 combo for a couple of years now an no problems apart from teething problems. Today I go to set the machine up as normal for a repeat job. Load the code and hit cycle start, normally the spindle starts automatically and it starts the cut..... but today the spindle is not starting auto, I have to hold feed - start spindle manually - cycle start again, and it continues the cut and finishes as normal.
Everything in the set up is the same, g code provided by Aspire as normal...

Any ideas ?

All sorted now - stripped out control box, cleaned all connections and reassembled - thanks for all the suggestions guys, you were a great help :)
