Title: ref all home does not see home switches

Hi all,
   I have a newly built CNC machine and am trying to set up Reference home.  In the diagnostics window I can activate the x, y, and z switches and they all light yellow in the diag window.  I start the ref all home operation, the z axis starts moving up as it should, but when the home switch is pressed, it still keeps going up, it never stops until I press stop or EMO.  HELP!!!

Have you reloaded Mach3?  I had the same problem on my machine a couple of years ago.  No matter what changes I made it would run past the limit switches and crash when homing.  Reloaded Mach3 and the problem went away.

Hi,
double check that on Config/Ports an Pins/Input Signals that you have enabled X Home, Y Home etc...
Mach wont react to them unless they have been assigned.
