Hi,

A few days ago I purchased a license for mach3 but still have not received any email with license file!. I've sent 2 emails but no reply yet. No phone number on the website.

When can I expect the license file? I paid with PayPal: misjah@24mastering.com

Get back to me ASAP pls.

That's news to me, I got mine almost instantly

No email address that works and no phone number to call..only a contact form which I filled in twice.....very frustrating

Ok I've logged in and "resend" the license email and received the email now....

Would have been nice to get some "support" from machsupport but ok.

Hi mismas,
if you paid $5000 or more plus annual subscriptions as is common with pro software
you can expect/ demand support.

Mach3=$175, no subscription.

If there were say 20000 licenced users, total 3.5 million over Mach3's entire history, over ten years!
I don't imagine there'd be anything left over for support.

The community of users ie the forum is the support and that's voluntary. I realise it can't address
licencing issues but it is what it is.

The commercial version of Mach4 does have phone support but it costs more.
