Hello mach3 users,
I have a question. For several months now i have been working with mach3 and solidcam but i am having an issue now.
I want to start using my Rotary attachment but i have no clue what cad/cam software would allow me to import stl from solidworks so i can make my gcode for turn-milling table legs?
Who is willing to put me on my way, i would be most grateful.
Thanks,
Stephane

Two that come to mind are MeshCam and Desk Proto.
If you do a web search for .stl to Gcode there are quite a few more to choose from.

Ok but they have a postpro for mach3?

I have used both MeshCam and DeskProto in the past but only for 3 axis work.
You will need to check out their websites but DeskProto certainly has a 4 axis post processor which is suitable for use with Mach3 and I am sure MeshCam will be the same.
