Post by: tmccub840840@gmail.com on July 03, 2016, 04:06:32 PM
My tool table in poc when opening mach mill. Then i load job and get slot width must be greater than tool diameter. Then open tool table to no tools. Im not the best with computers and had a minor problem installing and could the issue be that im saving my jobs in the wrong mach mill that might be the one i didnt install correctly. I thought i checked for this and i had to stop for the day. Job completed but wanted to find a solution. The last is the jig i made for welding parts on 3 dif. size rings.

Heres the jig. 15000rpm 80ipm 60plunge peck drill for the holes .25 at a time. Does that seem right for nema 23 steppers and 1.5kw huanyang?
