Title: Mach 4 Device Error

In the beginning process of setting up my CNC Router, am running Mach 4, using a PMDX 424 Smart BOB, and using Vcarve Pro,  When running simple short jobs I have no problems, everything works great but when I run a longer job the Mach 4 runs about 90% and then stops, I get the following message error on the  History window : PMDX-SmartBOB-USB DEVICE ERROR: SYSTEM ERROR (18) packet timeout,  communications lost.  
When this happens I loose all controls of the CNC machine I can not jog and of the access I have to turn close Mach4 and reboot the program,   am using a laptop with windows 10 and Norton 360 running in the background.  The laptop is a Dell and it only has 2.00 GB of RAM.

Any suggestions?
