Title: I can not enter decimal numbers in Mach3 Turn , any ideas????

Try setting your keyboard as English UK in Regional Settings in Control Panel, that is assuming it is not already.
May not help but I seem to have it in the back of my memory that it was an issue with someone else.

YEP Hood has it right. Your language set may not support teh decimal mark .It may use a comma.

God damn, that was fast (I was typing on CNC zone for help and on e mail I already got message that somebody replied), I tried to change on English (UK) and it helped, thanks so much to both of you, Hood you are legend , I every now and then stumbled on  your advice for help to other users (I am having same or similar problems :) )
