Title: Mach3 "Bad Character used Line #0" Error

I've recently started using Mach3 to control my CNC machine and I am using AutoCAD Inventor & HSM Express to model and generate g-code.
I got the above stated error during loading the file.

I have attached my .nc file to see if any one can help me out, and please tell me where I went wrong.

The Colons ( : ) are NOT allowed in Mach3.
