Title: Support for stepper controllers using only positive and negative step inputs

Hi!

I downloaded your program, seems awesome! =)

However, the driver modules in my machine does not use the direction/step setup. Intead it have separate inputs for a positive step and a negative step. I cannot find any setting for this in your otherwise so nice program. Ofcause I can build something that fixes this.... But there must be more people having this problem?
