Title: How to reset RESET?

e-Stop RESET locks out on MachIII launch. 

No servo or control access. Workscreen and settings appear fine.

How to fix?  Or find the Troubleshooters Guide at the end of the Universe?

Change the active state of the EStop in ports and pins, input signals.
