Title: MB Asrock AM1B-ITX + C10
Post by: cncfreakcncfrea on November 13, 2014, 11:32:11 PM
Hi,
I'm replacing my cnc lathe MB to Asrock AM1B-ITX, this board has a LPT port on board but I'm having problem getting this port to talk to C10. Previous MB had no problem is just a little bit old.
I checked the Bios settings in AM1B-ITX, Pararellel port is enabled, Device mode = Normal ( other 3 options = Bi-directional, ECP and EPP 1.9 mode, ECP and EPP 1.7 mode). Reload pc, enter Mach3 jog xyz result = no movement. DC servo are energized/locked.

Anyone experienced this before, and how did you overcome this problem?

thanks,

I re-installed the OS to Win7 Pro 32 bit, now is all working.
