Title: issue only while cutting with -y axis

Hopefully someone can help me out.  I recently converted a mini mill to cnc and I have been having trouble only when I would be cutting a peice.  I can manually jog in every direction with the arrow keys (-x, x, -y, y, -z, z).  It is also fine when I input a command on the midi tab for example G0 Y-1.  I loaded the gcode for a punisher cut out, a hexagon, and a square and the -Y direction would not work with any of them.  Motor just made a high pitched noise.  Any thoughts?

Switched from lazycam to cambam and it works better but i still have a weird offset. For example the eyes are outside of the skull for the punisher engraving.
