Title: Parts resource request for: Linear Profile rails, ballscrews/nuts and jornals...

Parts resource request for: (website, or vendor), USA based preferred to save on shipping.

Linear Profile rails: (like THK, Hiwin, etc., but not looking for Mercedes prices, but would like at least Ford/Chevy quality and pricing)

Ball screws/nuts: (with machined ends to fit into block/bearing journals)

Ball bearing Fixed, and Free end journals (like the blocks with built in bearings, or flanges type bearing blocks.

Have you checked out Misumi products? I bought several sets of their end bearings and have been very happy.

Take a look at the THK slides currently on Ebay. In particular gl20n with 20 mm screws work well for small machines.
