Title: Shuttle Pro 2 wheels won't work

Hello,

I've installed a Shuttle Pro 2, the shuttlepro.dll from the ftp site (version 1.0a) in the plugin directory, checked the box in config plugins and configured a few buttons. The buttons works fine, but the inner and outer wheels do nothing! Do i miss something? b.t.w. there is also a ShuttlePrp.m3p file. Can i load that file also?

Download the ShuttlePro.m3p from the plugins page under the downloads link. After you download it, double click on it to install it. I think the FTP one is a much older version.

I have this same problem. Shuttle Pro 2 buttons work fine, but the wheels don't. I tried to find the response on this prior reported problem, but I cannot seem to access the older posts. Any solutions to the unworking wheels.

First off don't install the stock software that came with the Shuttle Pro. It interferes with the Mach3 driver. Then download the Mach3 plug-in and install it. Here http://www.artsoftcontrols.com/PlugIns/ShuttlePro.m3p. The hardest part for me was locating the configuration page. It's located under Config... Config Plugins... then pick the yellow highlighted "CONFIG". Once I did these 3 steps mine works great. Sell the center wheel is not a great revolver wheel but the jog ring works great. I have attached a photo of my Shuttle Pro configuration.

Hi Skip,

Would you mind telling me which buttons are used and what for please. I have got the shuttlepro2 installed okay but I really like the look of your buttons and would not mind putting them on mine :).

I need to know which functions are configured and to what keys  ;D
