Title: Y axis moving in the wrong direction
Post by: DaWiz on April 25, 2013, 10:31:35 PM
I am using VcarvePro, Mach3 with CRP4896 profile and Gercko G540.

I set sll azis to 0 in the lower left corner then enter G0X1Y1 on the MDI screen.  X moves in the correct diretion.  Y slams the bumper.  I have the same problem with g-code - the Y moves in the wrong direction.

I have searched the Mach3 help and cannot find any way to reverse the default direction of the Y axis.  Is there a way to handle this in Mach3?

Go to ports & pins.  Click on motor outputs tab. Check or uncheck the DirLowActive to whatever it isn't now for that particular axis.
