Title: lazy cam and auto cad

i am using auto cad 14. i downloaded a program to convert my dwg file to a dxf file. when i try to import the dxf file into lazy cam i get a message that says "No entities found in import"  what am i doing wrong

I don't know autocad 14, but you should be able to "export" or "save as" the file directlly from autocad. This could prevent some troubles done by the dwg to dxf converter.

I tested autocad 2007, save all as dwg (using format autocad 2000) - it is a option when saving as dwg, without problems.

yes i am sorry i am saving it directly from auto cad as a dxf file and still getting the same error message when i try to open the file in lazy cam

See if you can export it as an autocad rev 12DXF ... I don't know autocad.. never used the stuff.
