Title: XML file error or Mach 3 confused !

Hi All
So my problem is quite simple  :o in MDI if i program a move of say .100mm the machine will move near .100mm but the DRO will read .063mm ? . What Ive managed to track down on this is that maybe its a corrupted XML file which i replaced with a new one to no success . Ive also wiped Mach3 for a reinstall which made no difference. So is this a XML file error ? I'm just asking before i go and put a clean install of windows etc and waste more of my life away  ;D
