Title: Input pins & Auto load a program
Post by: Jack Hoffa on December 28, 2012, 09:28:32 PM
I need all input pins (without ESTOP) I don't need the ESTOP
I give the Estop an unused pin and when loading Mach3 the ESTOP error notice comes on.
How can I get rid of this error message ?
This is for a commercial machine so can't have the error message.

Also is there a way to load Mach3 and have a program auto load?

Thanks

The Estop HAS to be assigned to an input pin for liability reasons. It is up to you to use it or not but it has to be active or mach3 won't run

A commercial machine would NEVER bypass the Estop function, the liablility would kill you if something happened to an operator.

Also commercial machines are all about error messages, Safety First (;-)

Just a thought, (;-) TP
