Title: New setup

I have a new router from ebay. I have a licensed copy of Mach3. I am just setting it up. I have not been able to cut anything. The motors are buzzing and trying to move but don't. Then I found a demo gcode on here of a scorpion. The router runs perfectly with that code in there. If I try to even cut the roadrunner file in the mach3 software, nothing but buzzing. Any idea what I might have done wrong?

It sounds like you have the acceleration set too high try lowering the values in the motor tuning and work back up to find the optimum point.

Graham, Thanks for your help. I'm going to try a complete reinstall of the software. Things don't seem quite right with the software.
