Hi all,
I've changed Mach 3 versions from 3.042.020 to 3.042.033 because of the rotational upgrade. Now I have an issue with my relay in My Taig Microproto system not "seeing" the signal given by Mach when the M3 command is given. The Led in Mach 3 shows that it is "on", but in reality it's not. What I do now at this point is go through and do a "Single Block" run, and when it gets to M3, and the LED starts blinking on my screen set, I click the spindle button on my screen set to turn it off, then I turn it right back on and the spindle starts actually running.
Now after I do all this, I never have to do it again, no matter how many jobs I run that day until I turn it off. When I fire it back up, that whole scenario I just described happens again.
If there is specific info I can give you, please just let me know. Again, this did not happen with version 3.042.020, it only started when I upgraded to version 3.042.033.
Thanks again in advance for any help-
Dave

Release 3.042.034
-- Driver Frequency locking in at proper Hz
-- Spindle not turning on bug fixed
-- new Driver test added to show Rev of Driver
Looks like 033 had an issue so you will need to upgrade further.

Thank you hood, I will check the version list to find which one would be suitable.
