Title: OneCNC to G-Code has an issue with arcs
Post by: tack1000 on June 04, 2012, 02:24:08 AM
Hello

I have been working with Onecnc for a while now for a local machine shop. The machines they have are Haas's of different types.

I made a small DIY mill some time ago and have been using Mach3 to run some programs I have written and the wizards have generated.

I'm in the process of making a bigger DIY mill so I can machine slightly bigger parts but with better finish and accuracy as the stepper motors are direct drive now not belt drive as before.

So to my problem.

When I use Onecnc to generate the G-Code Mach3 shows a line error as the pic shows.

I have used the Mach3 code generator within Onecnc but no go can anyone help with this issue.

Thanks in advance.

Either your program MISSED when it wrote the G code OR your IJ setting (inc, abs ) is incorrect.

Just a thought, (;-) TP

Switch your post setting to XYR   for your arc settings.
