Title: Non-integrated Video Card with 32MB RAM?

I'm upgrading to a newer computer, does the MACH3 requirement: "Non-integrated Video Card with 32MB RAM" mean a separate video card or just dedicated video memory?

A separate video card.  ;)

(Some PC's work OK with the on-board video and some don't so a separate video card is a more reliable option).
