I have calibrated my axis for x & y axis to accuracy.  I am not getting a true circle.  Checked all components for play.
On a 6" dia. it is out about.060  for one dia. to 90 deg. on the other.
I cannot believe it is my cad/cam end.  What can I do to get a true circle. :(

You cutting an oval instead of a circle. That is indicative of poor axis calibration, backlash, or a varying lead of the screw.

As it turns out my gantry was not square with my x axis.
It was out about 3/16" over 24".   After truing it up
voila!  Perfect circle.   My calibration was spot on as I
use an indicator over 1" of travel on both axis.
 Thanks for your response.
