Title: circular pocket milling and error workpiece size

after circular pocket milling i checking my workpiece i see this..so i guess maybe machine have backlash but that is not.. now where is error?

Couple of suggestions. Could be either main spindle bearing wear linked to wear in the z axis slide, or axis calibration not correct coupled with tool offset compensation incorrecty inserted. These two wrongs could make the X and Y dimensions correct but cut an oval shape.
