I have a Handy Pulser MPG that works fine with a Brain except when I switch between axis.  More often then not, the jogging will be turned off and I'll have to turn it back on before I can use the MPG.  All axis work fine, it's just the switching between them that causes problems.  I'm worried it's a hardware issue but thought I'd ask to see if anyone has any suggestions.

Whats in your brain? How do you change axis?

I didn't install the Brain or the MPG but I am relatively certain it is the one attached.  I read the manual and all my pins seem to be configured correctly.  There are two additional Brains in my directory, one appears to be a slight variation of the attached.  Should I disable it?  My axis is changed with a knob on my MPG as is the feed-rate.

Are all the Brains enabled or is it just this one?

All three Brains are enabled.  I tested each one individually with the others disabled and I get much more reliable performance with only the last (the one I attached) enabled.  I only have one MPG, what would I be messing with to disable the other two?

I havent looked at the brain yet but if you can also attach the others I will see what they are for when I get home from the workshop.
