Title: New User needs cad file
Post by: Riverside on August 28, 2011, 06:57:59 PM
Hello Everyone,
My name is Mike and I am a new user. I do not have a cad progam as yet and have been writing my own code. I was hoping someone can send me a cad file, 500 lines or less, so I can import into Lazycam so I can see how Lazycam works. Table size is 12"x 22".
                               Thanks

I think you only get 25 lines of code from LazyCAM unless you have a Mach3 license.

Download the free Draftsight CAD program.

Rich,
Thanks for the files, I saved them and will try them later this week. How can I or where can I download the free Draftsight Cad program?
                                            Thanks, Mike

Gerry,
Thanks for the draftsight link. There was no obvious place to enter my email address after I downloaded the files into my documents so I can activate. can you give direction on this?
                                       Thanks, Mike

Gerry,
Disregard my last question, once I actually activated the program and not just download it did i see where to enter my e-mail address.
                                     Thanks again,
                                                        Mike
