Title: Using Mach 3 with A Techno LC4896 and Tool changer

Can anyone help me I have a Techno LC4896 that has a blown servo mother board,  would like to retro fit it to use viper drives and Mach 3.  This is our first CNC and I want to make sure we go about this the right way. 

Any help or advise is welcome.
