I like to program Z0 from the face of the part, can't put a - in Z end postion.

Also I noticed the G02 & G03 go backwards when generating code in wizards.
-
Which wizard?
If you just enter the Z end as a positive number does it come out positive or negative when you produce the code?
G2/G3 could well be because of your tool setup, try changing the Reverse Arcs in Front post option, its Ports and Pins, Turn Options if I recal correctly.

Have a look at the Mach3Turn Manual.....Section 6 as it provides information on how to use the threading wizard if that is the one your using. You will need to be more specific on which wizard you are using for me to comment more.

Just the simple OD turn with Fillet. If I make Z start 0, Z end will not take a - , if I put 1.000 it comes up as alarm. (Z start <= Z end)
Using the front tool post, ticked or not still get a G03 instead of a G02.
Also I can't type in any of the boxes .1"or like .010", I have to put in 0.1" or 0.01". if you type in .1" it will put 1." in.

Hey Ray, I bet you are using the Auto-Calculator.
If you are, it's a bit goofy to use.
If you want to insert a negative value, type the value in the DRO, then hit the +/- key, then hit OK and it will stick.
Your arcs should then come out right. If not, reverse them like Hood said and retry.

I don't what you mean. If I click on DRO the calculator comes up..

You have the Auto- Calculator selected under the Operator menue.
If you don't want to use it, un-check it and make you dro entries by using the minus key and number keys on your keyboard.
If you want to use the Auto-Calculator, when it opens just click on the numbers you want to enter into the dro and a decimal point if necessary, then click the +/- button for a neg value (you will see the minus sign in the dro, then hit OK.
OK ?

Yes, that worked but I had to type 1.000 -, who ever types 1.000 -?
Ray.Still get a G03 instead of G02 in the post.

............ who ever types 1.000 -?
Only ones I know of are those who choose to use the Auto-Calculator in Mach3. ;D
The rest un-check it and type the value in normally. ;)
-
I turned off auto-cal, now I can type in - as per normal
