Title: 5 Axis Programming

Need help to program this 5 axis machine. It is to be used for plastic part triming. No CAD data available, only finished and trimed parts available. Need to program manually. Video of machine availbel at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lDl5QDvNiTw

If that is all its going to be doing you can program that in 10 mins by hand.

If you do not have a drawing or a computer model of the part then a spindle probe and digitizing is the answer.  Ask the customer for the profile of the part.
