Title: Mach 3 under Windows 7
Post by: Topduck on February 10, 2010, 10:23:57 PM
Hi
Considering the whole world is moving to windows 7 and subsequently all software companies will follow suit
It would be a good idea to add a new forum for windows 7 users

Thanks

Hello
I'm new to CNC and I've been trying to sort out the problem on my Promica kit using a dedicated computer running windows 7. I thought the problem was due to backlash. It appears that It's related to pulsing problems. Running Drive Test, the spikes are too high and random. I've tried to partition the hard drive and install XP - the mother board doesn't want to know! I guess I'll have to give up and get another computer that will run XP. Any advice out there?
