Does anyone know how to hook up a remote Cycle Start button?

Put the button to an input on your parallel port then go to Inputs and set up an OEM Trigger to the port and pin you have connected the switch to. Next you go to Config menu then System HotKeys and put the OEM code of the Mach button you are wanting the real button to work into the box for the OEM trigger you have connected the switch to.
For the start button the OEM code is 1000
