I have spindle problem and tryed some of the differant post answer but still have issues
1 hit spindle button nothing happen flashs yellow have to hit reset below spindle button to turn spindle on when I do that I get a massage by the red reset switchpwm bumped to minamal setting.
2 calibrate spindle nothing in that box seems to work the spindle
3 if I input rpm or pick spindle speed lets say 3000 rpm when I hit the spindle start button the speed disappears and says zero and the spindle does not turn on Iget the same problem stated in number 1
4 to make life easy is there a way to override the spindle and turn it on by hand.

Sorry dont know anything about the Maxnc machines but you should be able to hack into the wiring to the spindle to switch on via a switch. Have a look at your pulley settings and see whats entered there, also check to see you are on the correct pulley.
