Also you need to look and see that you don't have a problem with noise :) Do  you have shielded wires on the step and direction?

Run the Driver test o nthe computer that had to run slower and I think you will see that there are little spikes on the graph... This will messup the pulse timing...

Yup that can be done too :) Just hook the spindle speed sensor to mach3 and you should be good to go.
