This is about to get fixed... I have to add in code that will give me better control over the order that the chains will be cut So at the same time I will try to get that fixed for you

Also you need to look and see that you don't have a problem with noise Do  you have shielded wires on the step and direction?

Run the Driver test o nthe computer that had to run slower and I think you will see that there are little spikes on the graph... This will messup the pulse timing...

Yup that can be done too Just hook the spindle speed sensor to mach3 and you should be good to go.
