There will be a new Rev soon becuase C++ seemed to have an error when it bult the version that is out now :( I will look to see if I can find where the problem cam from .. Thank you and sorry about this..

Try taking the M3 out of the Gcode file. I think that you are having a problem with the M3 Dwell...

Deon this is to format the number that is going to be output... So nFmt(X +2 /y,4), this will do the cals to figure out what the point will be and then it will output the number as follows 0.0000

Hello,
 It is Good to hear that you are having a good time with Mach3!
The Units can be tested by jogging the Axis and seeing if it move the correct amount. If it is not right than you should redo your motor settings... The Pulses per unit is what you will need to adjust..

The Feedrate of the files that you are cutting can be changed by setting the F code in the file that you are running. So if you see an F10 change it to F40 and you will get a faster cut rate.
